As a part of her work experience, Niharika has been actively involved in legal and business affairs by keeping governance, processes and documentation in check along with focusing on building relationships with institutional investors and other high-value client relationships, strategic sourcing and planning, and budgeting and market study. She carries an extensive and varied knowledge of specialized commercial deals and has handled various commercial contracts of general corporate nature. She has also gained exposure from her family business, which manages and develops large-scale land tracts in Mumbai (India) and participated in various TiE panel discussions and growth opportunities in residential housing. Niharika holds a keen interest in exploring different parts of the world and she combines this passion with experiencing diverse cultures. Her thirst for helping others keeps her active in doing social work and generally contributing towards the betterment of society and the environment.
