Hybrid Skills Training Will Bridge the Equality Gap for 340,000 Women and Girls
BE Tech NOW (Network of Women) has designed a collaborative, hands-on, action-based learning program that provides young women, college students and working professionals with a B-STEM education and the power skills needed to be successful in today’s marketplace.
BE Tech NOW is accelerating the power, economic participation and influence of all women through a transformative, hybrid tech solution.
BE Tech NOW offers a hybrid B-STEM and soft skill development model to upskill working or displaced women virtually and engage with middle school students. Our low-code curriculum will empower and upskill 340,000 women – of all ages and stages – in critical sectors over the next five years. We project $23 billion cumulative earnings increase for participants of our program.

The University of Colorado’s BE Tech NOW program, extends globally on the successful BE Tech Scholars program. We actively recruit diverse students for a holistic, pro-women, transformative program through virtual development and hybrid learning, upskilling under-resourced women to prepare them for a career at the intersection of engineering, technology, and business.

Microsoft expects 500 million new apps to be built in the next half-decade, which is more than all the apps built in the last 40 years. Courses will be offered virtually using Iterate’s patented technology, making BE Tech NOW accessible to all women.
Low Code Software Development Track
Iterate.ai built Interplay to facilitate the Low Code journey. Start here to quickly learn technology skills and low code. This track features 20 low code development classes. Each has recorded a video for viewing at any time. After watching the video, you can submit questions and the questions will be answered by the teachers. You will be able to access a forum and living Q&A as well. Finally, each leader will also hold a 50 minutes live Video Q&A with a moderator.

To accommodate busy schedules, each class has recorded a video for viewing at any time, on-demand. After watching the class, you can submit questions and the questions will be answered by the teachers. You will be able to access a community forum and living Q&A as well. Finally, each leader will also hold a 50 minutes live Video Q&A with a moderator. After completion, we will test your skills to make sure you can make a real-world impact.

Courses will be offered virtually using Iterate’s patented Interplay, making the BE Tech curriculum and NOW freely accessible for American woman who earn under $60,000, in addition to middle school students in underserved areas.

The BE Tech NOW program includes outreach to democratize access and empowerment for women of all ages, colors and locations. From middle school girls and their parents, to women in late-stage careers, and everyone in between.
